I've always been drawn to the work that happens behind the scenes.

The work that often goes unnoticed, but makes everything else possible.

Growing up in a small Colorado town shaped how I show up in both life and work. I learned the value of relationships, hard work, showing up for others, and following through on what I say I'll do.

After earning my degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver, I built my career in talent acquisition, executive support, and administration. Along the way, I discovered that the work I loved most wasn't just checking things off a list, it was being the person others could rely on.

The person who noticed the details.
The person who kept things moving.
The person who helped create space for others to focus on what mattered most.

In 2023, I took a leap and built JamieReady.Co

What started as executive support quickly grew into something bigger: partnering with business owners behind the scenes to help carry the details, support their client experiences, and create more room for growth, leadership, and the vision that started it all.

I didn't build this business because I simply love organizing processes and client experiences.

Although... I do.

I built it because I believe your business should support the life you want, not compete with it.

Some of my favorite memories are made on the water with my husband. Now, getting to share those moments with our two boys, teaching them to fish, slowing down, and appreciating the little things, has made that dream even more meaningful.

For me, that dream looks like a coastal town, evenings on the water, and a life built with intention.

At my core, I love being the person business owners don't have to think twice about because they know I've got it.

Whether that's keeping projects moving, improving client experiences, organizing the details, or finding a better way forward, my goal is always the same: create dependable support that allows people to do their best work.

When I'm not supporting clients, you'll find me with my family, rediscovering old hobbies, daydreaming about our future boat life, or reorganizing our house for the seventeenth time... in true Gemini fashion.
